Terms of use
Petdocus is in early access. These short terms apply until full terms replace them before the service leaves early access; we will tell account holders before that happens.
The service
Petdocus is a pet information database operated by Condria Eduard-Dragos, a private individual based in Romania. It is free during early access. Features change and grow as we build them.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Keep your password safe; organization admins must use two-step verification.
Not an official register, not veterinary advice
Petdocus is not an official register (for example not RECS in Romania), not a pet passport and not an official veterinary record. Information in Petdocus is for information only; medical decisions are made by vets.
Your content
You are responsible for what you and your organization record. Only record information you are allowed to record, and keep it accurate. Organizations are responsible for the personal data they enter about other people.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access data you are not entitled to, no disruption of the service.
Liability
The service is provided free "as is" during early access. We work carefully and keep backups, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
Ending
You can stop using Petdocus at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
