Your team, your rules
Every organization has admins and helpers. Start a helper from a template — volunteer, coordinator or foster — then switch individual permissions on or off at any time.
Fosters can be limited to only the animals assigned to them. Removing someone cuts their access immediately, while everything they recorded stays attributed to them.
