Delete your Petdocus account

You can delete your Petdocus account at any time, yourself, in a few seconds. You can also ask us by email.

In the app

1. Sign in at app.petdocus.com (on the web or in the Android app).
2. Open My account and choose Delete my account.
3. Type your email to confirm. If you signed in more than 15 minutes ago, you are asked to sign in again first.

If you are the only admin of an organization, first make another member admin in Team: every organization keeps at least one admin.

Without the app

Write to condriaeduarddragos@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We check that the request comes from you and answer within one month. If you only lost your password, Forgot password? on the sign-in page gets you back in, and you can then delete the account yourself.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, email, phone, sign-in methods, sessions and two-step verification. You leave all organizations.
• Kept with the organization: the medical history and documents of animals (animal welfare), attributed to "Former user". Animals you own are archived.
• Kept without your name or email: the tamper-evident change history and the record of which terms you accepted, under a pseudonymous id (proof and security).
